Founder & Lead Administrator | Rainbow of Colors Learning Center, LLC With over 28 years of experience in early childhood education and more than 22 years as a licensed childcare center director, Silvana Cook is a dedicated leader, educator, and advocate for young children.
She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education, along with multiple certifications that reflect her deep commitment to high-quality early learning: Birth through Age 3 Certification, ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages) Certification, Reading Endorsement, Florida Director Credential, and Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential.
Silvana is the founder and lead administrator of Rainbow of Colors Learning Center, LLC, where she has built a nurturing, inclusive environment that celebrates the uniqueness of every child. Her core belief is that every child can learn, and she is passionate about creating learning experiences that honor diverse backgrounds, support developmental growth, and empower each child voice. As a lifelong advocate for children, Silvana’s mission is rooted in love, respect, and equity. She views diversity as a beautiful strength and is committed to building a foundation where all children feel seen, heard, and valued.
